Yes. Authorized administrators receive a documented workspace-management process, and the delivered semantic model can be extended with customer measures and report pages using the supported customization approach.
UsageVault begins building history after installation and preserves any history still available from the supported source. It cannot recreate activity Microsoft no longer makes available.
The implementation scope is confirmed during readiness review because timing depends on licensing, approvals, networking, SQL, compute, and workspace count. The purchase includes guided configuration, validation, documentation, and handoff.
Core includes 90 days of standard support; Portfolio includes 12 months. Both packages include 12 months of generally released product and compatibility updates. The installed version remains licensed for perpetual use after the included period. Custom development, customer infrastructure administration, major migrations, and premium response commitments are separately scoped.
