This notice explains information handled by DAX SOLVER, INC. through this website. Product deployments use a separate, customer-controlled data model described below and in the applicable agreement.

If you email UsageVault, request a demo, or otherwise contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, role, meeting preferences, and message. We use it to respond, evaluate fit, provide requested information, and maintain appropriate business records.
Website analytics
With your permission, this site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate visits, clicks, scrolling, and navigation and to review session replays. Sensitive text is masked by default. Clarity is not loaded for analytics until you select “Allow analytics,” advertising storage is always denied by this site, and you can reopen Analytics preferences from the footer. Clarity and Microsoft may process technical information such as IP address, device, browser, requested pages, and interaction events. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Scheduling
The demo page loads Calendly only after you choose to open the calendar. Calendly then processes the technical, contact, organization, meeting, and calendar information needed to show availability and schedule the meeting. If you prefer not to load Calendly, use the email option instead. See Calendly’s privacy notice.
How information may be shared
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, communications, scheduling, security, or professional operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information provided through this site.
Retention and security
Contact and business records are retained only as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. No internet service is completely secure, but reasonable measures should be used to protect information against unauthorized access or loss.
Product telemetry
Under the standard self-hosted UsageVault deployment, collected Power BI usage history is stored in a customer-controlled SQL environment. The customer determines authorized workspaces, access, retention, backups, privacy controls, and report distribution. Product handling is governed by the applicable customer agreement rather than this website notice alone.
Your choices and questions
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided through the website, subject to legal and operational exceptions. Email usagevault@daxsolver.com. This notice may be updated as the website, providers, or legal obligations change.
